LONDON -- Tottenham hired Mauricio Pochettino as the clubs new manager on a five-year contract on Tuesday, with the former Argentina defender making the move from fellow Premier League side Southampton. Jose Altuve and George Springer drove in two runs each during Houstons four-run eighth inning as the Astros pulled away for an 8-5 win Thursday night.
